We're Hiring - Applications open for Academy Manager

Hobart Gymnastics Academy (HGA) is seeking an enthusiastic and capable Academy Manager to lead our community-based sporting organisation into an exciting new era of growth and success. HGA is one of Tasmania's oldest Gymnastics Clubs, proudly located within the Brighton municipality, providing recreational and competitive gymnastics programs to over 500 athletes from across Hobart's Northern Suburbs and surrounding areas.

Through funding committed by the Tasmanian Government, HGA is looking at opportunities to expand its activities and contemporise its facilities within both the Brighton and Glenorchy municipalities.

We are looking for an Academy Manager who will proficiently oversee HGA's day to day financial, administration, HR, and governance activities, work collaboratively with our coaching staff and board, and lead our engagement with local and state government agencies, sponsors, and stakeholders.

Experience with Gymnastics is not essential, however experience in a management or senior administrative role within a sporting organisation, not for profit, or small business is critical.
