Book a Class
How to Book a Class:
Step 1: Create you login through our online booking platform. You can also download the ‘iClassPro’ app on Apple or Android using the organisation code ‘hobartgymnastics’.
*If you are an existing/previous member use the email we have on file and ‘forget password’.
Step 2: Go to Bookings and select ‘Find a class’ for all term classes or choose respective holiday class.
Step 3: Filter or use the Search icon to find the class your gymnast is interested in and meets age requirements, is currently enrolled in or has received an email to move into.
Note:
Some classes may not be visible or request only if your gymnast is outside of the age range for that class.
For Competitive and Extension Squad classes you will only be able to 'request' an enrolment as these are by invitation only. Once your request has been approved by admin class fees will be charged to your account and you will receive an email invoice for 14 days to make payment (see how to make a payment below).
Step 4: You must also add your students 2025 Gymnastics Australia Registration Pass to your booking (this is for insurance and is in addition to the Club Family Registration Fee). This can be found in the link in the class description or via Shop > Passes > GA Registration Pass. Please choose the correct pass for example: Rec for any recreational class besides KinderGym (Extension Squad Select 'Rec' pass).
STEP 5: Make payment once you have added your term enrolments and GA Registration Pass for each student - your cart should appear with your Club Family Membership payment automatically applied per family.
You will only be required to pay for you GA Registration at this stage, with the remaining amount being charged to your account to be paid within 14 days. If you wish to make a part or full payment at the time of booking simply return to 'My Account' and you can make an additional payment here.
*Note that proration will appear for any public holidays next term, and a family discount will appear if you are enrolling multiple students (5% for 2 students, or 10% for 3+ students).
If you require a payment agreement you can use this Application form to apply. When you receive your Payment Agreement Confirmation, please you set up a direct deposit from your bank account with the correct amount and the correct frequency to ensure you do not miss a payment.
