Tricksters (FreeG) is a new take on gymnastics, embracing the natural daring of youth and providing a safe environment to explore movement, assess risk and extend abilities.

Take trick learning to a new level by capturing the power and explosive nature of Parkour and free-running, explore individual styling and experiment with new skills and tricks. FreeG gets participants moving in new and exciting ways, developing greater physical and spatial awareness that will transfer directly to other sporting activities.

Our classes are led by qualified and passionate coaches, with an emphasis on teaching safe techniques while also allowing participants to push and extend their individual physical boundaries.
