WAGMix is an introduction to Women’s Artistic Gymnastics (WAG), designed for 8-15 year old girls who would like to experience the fun that recreational gymnastics offers. This is an ideal starting point for new gymnasts or as a progression from our GymStarz recreational program.

Our WAGMix program includes conditioning, flexibility and strength; progressing throughout the five different stages, and challenges gymnasts with all aspects of a Women’s Artistic Program. These attributes are essential in the development of the gymnastic skills and drills that are required across all four of the WAG apparatus: Bars, Beam, Floor and Vault.

In addition, our WAG coaches are always talent scouting to invite girls into our competitive classes.
