NEW MEMBERS

We have a variety of classes available at a range of different times, please go to the HGA Class Schedule to find the best option for you and your family. More information on each program is available by hovering on the Recreational Programs tab above, this will create a drop-down menu, then click on the relevant class name.

Please call us on 6263 3460 to register your gymnast as a new member or to book a trial to see how they go.

RETURNING MEMBERS

Please be aware that gymnasts will not be able to attend their class if they have not been re-enrolled.

To enrol in classes for Term 1, please login to our Online Member Portal, accessible through the banner above.

ENROLMENT

To confirm the correct class to enrol your child, please refer to the Membership tab in your child's profile (the tab with the zigzag arrow) as a reminder of which class they were in last year. If you have received an email regarding a movement or a progression, please refer to the details of the new class in the correspondence. 

FEES

Please be advised that the tuition fees for your child's class and the Gymnastics Australia registration fee will be automatically invoiced on enrolment. The Academy Family Membership fee will be invoiced at a later date. 

FAMILY DISCOUNT

The family discount that we offer for multiple members in one family is now automatically applied when you enrol your athletes through the member portal. Please be aware that gymnasts must be registered at the same time for the discount to apply, and that family enrolments that are processed by our admin team do not automatically receive the family discount. **If you have registered a combination of Recreational and Competitive gymnasts, please call reception to advise. 

PAYMENT AGREEMENT

If you wish to apply for a Payment Agreement for your Term 1 fees, please read and accept our Terms and Conditions, and complete this Application Form. Our Finance Team will then confirm your application has been successful and advise the minimum payment requirements. In order to be eligible for a payment agreement, the application MUST BE COMPLETED within one week of receiving your invoice for fees. NOTE: Payment Agreements can only be applied to Tuition Fees. Annual Fees (Gymnastics Tasmania Registration and Academy Family Membership) must be paid on receipt of invoice to confirm enrolment. 

PLEASE BE AWARE

• Enrolments for new members will open on Thursday, 20 January so we recommend jumping in to make sure you have your gymnast/s sorted before classes start filling up.
• Registrations MUST be completed in advance of classes starting. Gymnasts that arrive at the gym but have not been enrolled will not be permitted to participate in the class or to remain at the gym.
• Members with outstanding fees (including holiday training or holiday program sessions) will not be able to enrol until the fees have been paid.

TERM 1 - DATES TO REMEMBER

Monday, 7 February - First Day of Term 1

Monday, 14 February - Royal Hobart Regatta Day - NO CLASSES

Monday, 14 March - Eight Hours Day - NO CLASSES

Thursday, 14 April - Last Day of Term 1

Friday, 15 April - Good Friday / Start of Autumn School Holidays (no training over the Easter weekend)
