WAGMix - Recreational Gymnastics for Girls

WAGMix is an introduction to Women’s Artistic Gymnastics (WAG), designed for 8-15 year old girls who would like to experience the fun that Gymnastics offers. This is an ideal starting point for new gymnasts or as a progression from our Shining GymStarz recreational program.

Our WAGMix program includes conditioning, flexibility and strength; progressing throughout the five different stages, and challenges gymnasts with all aspects of a Women’s Artistic Program. These attributes are essential in the development of the gymnastic skills and drills that are required across all four of the WAG apparatus: Bars, Beam, Floor and Vault.

In addition, our Senior coaches are always talent scouting to invite girls into our competitive classes.

Annual Event
We will be offering our WAGMix gymnasts an annual event, where gymnasts can showcase their skills and receive awards.

Coaching Accreditation
Our WAGMix coaches are fully accredited with Gymnastics Australia under the National Coaching Accreditation Scheme.
