WAG Competition Season Wraps

The 2023 WAG Junior competition season culminated with the Junior State Championships event at the Gymnastics Tasmania State Training Centre on the 9 and 10 September and the Academy was proud to be represented by twenty-four Women’s Artistic gymnasts ranging in age from 7 to 16 years. All our gymnasts competed well, with many of them showing improvement or even achieving personal bests.

Tumbling Success in Launceston

On Sunday, 19 March, HGA had one of its largest contingents of tumblers competing in a single competition in recent years. Our Level 4 athletes, Ella and Bronte, smashed out their passes, almost with too much power, and finished in 1st and 2nd position respectively with only 0.1 between them. Fathers’ Day Fundraising
